The Fairways HOA board continuously
takes steps to improve our community.

2022
We worked diligently on the fountain at the entrance this year.
In addition, we added new signage to the community's entrance
to match that of River's Bend. Social events are back! The Fox Chapel
get-together was a success!  Stay tuned for more events in 2023. 

2021
The entrance is at the forefront of our work for 2021, as well as,
developing our welcome kits and reestablishing the social events.    
 
2020
The Fairways Blvd entrance to the neighborhood received an overhaul.  Electricity and up lighting was added to the eastern side of the road.
The waterfall was cleared out to showcase the natural feature.
Landscaping was added to camouflage electrical boxes at the front entrance.

2019
Over 80 ivory silk lilac trees were planted between the sidewalks and streets throughout the neighborhood.
